Too many variables. Who ever has physical custody of the child can seek support. If the mom gets support from her local county they demand the father's name. They may not bill you then but it's always kept and later they will bill you and it goes on your credit as arrears. Even if you have signed documents to the contrary with the mother. Too risky. I worked at a place where I could never get holidays off and weekends were always depending on what the women needed first.
