4	Wife wants divorce UK (Scotland) - advice needed Just to add to the above with regards to child support, if you DO ever end up paying because of 50/50 isnt viable, remind her that going through CSA is not a good idea, they tax you 10% ontop of what you pay and take 8% from what you pay before giving whats left to the mothers.... use the calculater on the gov website to see what you "should" be paying and pay it directly to her, then you arent giving money to a private company.
