1	Realizing I'm terrible one-on-one When you're in a group, definitely try to engage as many people as possible in the conversation. If the topic isn't something everyone is interested in, find a tangent to go off on that you can engage someone who hasn't spoken much with. 1	What do you do with your hands? Try to find something to lean on. That's what I do most of the time and it seems alright. It's ok to have your arms at your sides as long as you don't look uncomfortable with the way you do it. Sometimes I stick my thumb through a belt loop or into a pocket, but be careful about having your whole hand in a pocket. Putting both my hands in pockets makes me feel like I'm retreating, which easily comes across negatively.
