I had my beliefs on this proven during my last year of high school. We got marked by our teachers throughout the year then by the government for our end of year projects and exams. The government just got your ID number and didn't know anything about you. I had one writing project that my teachers didn't believe would go anywhere and I was scoring near 65%. I think its important to note that she admitted to some sort of SJW rape, not an actual legal definition of it. It shows that she doesn't believe the stuff she says she does. Its appeal was that it would appear to be an accident and then nobody would hate me for being weak. That's a hard one to answer. It definitely depends on what country, class, etc etc. Many '3rd world' and Middle Eastern nations - women's lives are just horrible. The father is Italian and living in Italy. If Australia arrested the mother and returned her to Italy they would now be living in Australia as orphans. It feels like they are trying to come up with ways to stop kids getting polio. If we have better methods to control things like urinary tract infection (like clean water - Australia has this) then perhaps we shouldn't jump to "lets cut up the children's genitals". The following types of comments also infuriate me. "I'm the mother so I know whats best for him" and "I find uncut en icky". I worked on a gold mine construction site in a desert area for a few months with my dad and my uncle. The heat was unbearable, work heavy and sweaty and days started at 4:30am and ended 14 hours later. I don't know American law. But with our country, the courts take how many assets your bring into the relationship, then hold the view that the longer the relationship the more the split swings towards 50/50 split. I imagine 3 years wouldn't swing it that close to 50/50. In the end, an American lawyer is what you would want.
