No such thing as equal pay ever. Even if you have the samw titles, it's really hard to work at the same pace to truly be "equal". Also, sometimes there are intangible problem solving or critical thinking situations that won't be compensated either until you get promoted. I did a search and sites like WebMD and Mayo clinic list like a circumcised penis is easier to clean which redudes likelihood of UTIs, reduction in inflammation of glands, lowering penile cancer (I wonder how?)
