Release with great force with loose control to create a whip-like effect in your arm as it flies outward end with two fingers in a knuckle. Step 3 aim for the testicles of said offender. If you are this out massed I don't have better advice. I am 6.3 though and a good knock to the nits with directed force and solid contact will put the wind out of you.
