1	Do you ever have existential thoughts? AFAIK, evolution is based on the natural concept of survival of the fittest, as in the most adapted to the environment gets to pass its genes - survive and procreate. If a random mutation is beneficial for survival, the mutation carrier will produce offspring that will inherit that trait and the cycle goes again. As the sudden increase in lifting and physical work can be discouraging, if you have drive to remain hard working and courageous, you will grow. Also, you need to learn how construction site folk act, since being effeminate will be targeted and mocked, but in time you'll watch and learn how to crack jokes and reply in kind.
