There IS camera evidence of the apartment, cps came in Nd cleaned it for her. There is evidence of abuse, photos of hand-shaped bruises. She had a tooth knocked out for Christ sake, and the mom just says, "idk what happened..." Her family, friends and babysitter all have made statements in writing about her lack of safe parenting. Genetically, the child is half mine... I am unable to carry it.
