Sounds like you're makeing progress. That's great. I'd say try discipline your sleep schedule. Bed at 10, up at 7 everyday for a coupon weeks and you be on a roll. This habit helped me change my others like master dating in the mornings. Good luck brother

They can still cheat. My ex wasn't happy about that she cheated (because of her views) and it sent her into a spiral. She still did it though (right guy, right night, too much alcohol). Lucky Jesus forgives us, and last I heard she's getting better
