StrongLifts 5X5 is without a doubt the best beginner program and app available. I am not a beginner anymore, but I will often go back to it because it is so simple and effective.

Own your shit, dude. I don’t think he was trying to debate you. He agreed you messed up and also asked for clarity. We all mess up. Accept it. Learn from it. Be better in the future.

100% agree. I’ll be on it eventually for sure. It’s incredible.

I’m using Hims Finasteride/Minoxidil spray and it is working at thickening my hair back up.

Likely. Got the feeling he was a pusher. Lab results came back at almost 700 naturally, so I didn’t continue too long after I got the results. No need.

You may want to get your testosterone levels checked Edit: I did TRT for a short period of time. It was amazing, until my hair started falling out. But honestly, it’s seriously amazing if you’re willing accept the side effects. It makes you feel like a 20 year old god. It makes you confident and even more horny. I’ll get back on it in a few years when I actually need it.

ANY flirting, even in the slightest is a red flag if she doesn’t tell you. Ask me how I know.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
