Probably for America... here in the middle of Europe I'm one of the middle-height guys

I have no problem talking to strangers, at all. Thank you, I've incorporated all of these tips into my life and they are worth it.

Seems like something you'd recommend to your own young self... I myself am not very tall, around 6 feet if it's 180 cm, but I will not skip my workout today because of this. Thanks mate

Interesting, simple, and utterly true. I call the girl's bullshit when she hamsters for attention, and they do shut up almost immediately.

Very helpful in my situation in school atm. Most of my friends were from my beta stage, but one mate is slowly going alpha like me and now he's my best friend. I tried to get to parties of some of the school people, I tried helping them in all ways that I could and let them walk all over me, but now I found out that's the opposite of what I should do for myself.

Thank you, the only problem to me is really finding that passion for which I'd work for days non-stop. I think it's kind of a oneitis in a way, "One day I'll find it and then my life will be great until the end...", so I'll focus on what I'm doing right now - music.

One bloke here suggested widening my social circle, and I do think that ECA's will help me with that, so next year I'll definitely pick more than one, and I will actually go to them. I need to anyways, to get ready for IB CAS hours.

Yeah, I'm a bit fat, and it's a work in progress, even though I lack discipline. I am slowly getting a DGAF attitude about encounters with mates and chicks alike, and it kinda seems like I somehow automatically developed 'Amused mastery' on my own. I do not think I can focus on game so much since I still have bitch tits, but as I said, work in progress. ( It's not that I care about rejection so much, it's that my standards have risen since finding TRP, and I need to get at least close to that st…

Yes, I am slowly finding out that a nice and wide social circle keeps you busy on all weekends. I couldn't imagine my life if I didn't ever discover TRP.

/fit/ is an amazing source of information for lifting, but I chose calisthenics over lifting weights. /r/Brogress seems like a good place to go, but only after a few months of hard work.

I read the "Book of Pook", well, I am at around 98%, and I absolutely love it. Pook has all his shit together, and I have learned many important things from him. I lift, but not exactly as one might think. I do calisthenics mostly, because I find them better for the long run, currently using Mark Lauren's YAYOG app on android. I like it because of interesting routines and exercises, the only problem is sticking to it EVERY DAY.

Any more information will be very welcome, it seems that you know what you're talking about.

The thing is, that one of the most valuable resources a man has, is time. Now, because I am young, I have a lot of time, and I do NOT want to waste it. Thanks mate

Well, oneitis already happened and will never happen again. My academic/career growth will probably end in me becoming a doctor, because I like the idea of applying science, and then there's all the bonuses like chicks, money, power and chicks. To start spinning plates I first need to lose some blubber, so that's a work in progress. The computer was a huge problem for me, and almost a year ago I made a massive cringe-worthy victimizing post about myself and how video games destroyed my life and …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
