If the wording of this bill calls for the alleged victim to pay the accused rapist if they are found not guilty then that is seriously flawed. Now if it stated the alleged victim had to pay the legal fees of the accused rapist if the victim was found guilty of making a false accusation that would be acceptable.

Well for one, the penalties for false accusations usually are a slap on the wrist compared to consequences of being falsely accused of rape.

Depends on the wording of the law. It could be really good or really bad. Ideally it would only apply to women who are proven to have lied beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Obviously I feel for the child that died a gruesome death at the hands of his own parents but I also feel for the officers that responded to this call. This shit never leaves your head. Ever.

All DC characters were originally created as Mary Sues. It wasn't until they saw that Marvel was actually giving their heroes flaws and that it was working for them that they decided to "Marvelize" their DC characters.

To these people, anyone that says or believes in anything they don't agree with is a Nazi or a racist. It's the tactic they use to try and shutdown any debate and to kill any hint of free speech.

23 years to life isn't enough. I see some pretty fucked up shit at my job (Animal Cruelty Investigator) and the torture that baby endured is way beyond it. She should have been given life with no possibility of parole or she should be riding the lightning.

Are you asking who controls the clap? I'm pretty sure that's doctors.

They are not simply expressing their right to freedom of thought and expression. They are keeping someone else from doing so by shouting them down during a speech that person has been brought in to give. Now if there is meaningful discussion and debate that follows such a speech, that's great. I support that interaction fully and it allows differing views to be heard. Shouting someone down so they can't be heard though? There's no room for it. Fuck that person and their childish antics.

"I do not understand what is fundamentally wrong about letting people know what you're talking about could be upsetting to people. That's simply considerate, people act as though giving a "trigger warning" is a form of censorship, but it doesn't mean you don't discuss the topic at hand..." That's where you are wrong because SJWs don't allow differing viewpoints to be heard. They choose to go to see speakers that they know will offend them and try to shout them down so they can't be heard. It's r…

Any collector of comic books knows that having a powerful villain dominating a hero is a standard comic book cover because it shows the hero (or heroin) in jeopardy and people will want to see what's inside. The same holds true here and nobody should be complaining about a tactic that's been used tens of thousands of times with male heroes unless of course they spoke up about it then. At least not if they are really interested in equality and not just looking for something to be offended by. Thi…
