How I've moved up and broken a lot of the stereotype millennial generation peterpan syndrome bullshit [I am 30 and manage men and women in a professional setting]: 1) Everyday is professional. Even on casual Fridays, I wear a tie. Get nice well fitting suits. I don't wear $3000 stuff, but nicely put together. I make 75k a year, this warrants Men's Warehouse at this time in my life.
