The truth - No one cares unless you care about yourself. It starts with you. Put another way - they actually care but they cannot "carry" you. You have to carry yourself. Definitely a rough time to do it but be the guy that takes weight off of others, not the guy that adds weight. Do it for your children and show them how it is done
