I read the report long ago when this happened. They couldn’t cuff her because of where she was seated, people in the way, resisting, drunk, ect. The sheriff was cleared of any wrongdoing.

I am also confused. I have seen a couple of her videos and they always seem to be on point. Could be trolling, but I don’t know.

Because the state would need evidence to convict. And If no men step forward as victims, there is no victim.

This is just a spam account. I haven’t been able to get the mods to do anything about it. I just report as spam and move on.

Man this hit me right in the feels. My ex pulled the same thing. Less than a month after the divorce was finalized she had a job as a hostess at her friends restaurant. I had 15 weeks of photographic evidence that she was there (Saturday and Sunday), 4 personal witnesses, Facebook posts of her working, depositions from her admitting she was working, depositions of the business owner that she was working, private investigator testimony, even videos of her working. In the end, the court ruled that…

But automatic injunction does not prevent OP from engaging in “normal business”. For someone that has 50k in a joint account, 50k in his account, and 50k in her account... Liquid assets... And that’s all the money addressed in the post. I just have a feeling that that volume of cash on hand might fall under “normal business” amounts of cash transferred. Or OP isn’t giving all the facts.

I must be reading a different post from everyone else here. Contempt of Court is, at its base, giving the court the middle finger. Investing in a business not contempt. Spending 50k on a week in Vegas might be. A mistake is not contempt. I’m at a loss. This doesn’t sound like contempt. It sounds like an accident. I feel there is some information missing.

Or that they ordered a ride on the app. Or that their credit card is tied to their account, and the app, and the ride they ordered. Or that Uber can directly link the ride ordered to the driver. Or that Uber has copies of the drivers license, registration, and insurance.
