Block your nose with fingers and say a sentence. Project the voice from mouth and imagine you're throwing arrows or as OP said talking to someone far away. Breathing from belly is crucial here.

Jaw and tongue: Have the tips of your front teeth gently touch. Press your tongue firmly against the roof of your mouth. Breath through your nose and into your belly. Do this whenever possible. It will train your tongue and relax your jaw. It may even uncramp your neck, give you a better jawline and keep your from snoring. Seriously, this exercise is solid gold. Sounds like Mewing Google Dr. Mike Mew. He's a dentist who recommends this

Oh no I mean like I've drunk before, been to a pub crawl and also saw that I had high capacity. I meant more like advice for going solo. Never done it so it's kind of intimidating.

What would you guys do if you had a chance in university with RP knowledge? Also is cold approaching a valid strategy in uni knowing that you need to maintain a reputation? If yes then where to do it? Everyone seems to be busy in libraries.

Wow great answer thanks but I got more questions. Wrote each line in reply to your lines I will try to do the same in our student Union or make it in the big engineering club that we have. Even we have big lunch halls but idk how to talk to the people when they're on their phones. I try to talk to everyone when I get a chance though I'll try to get people to talk about themselves. I like talking to people and discovering them and seeing if they're quality and make friends. Even our uni forces us…

Just been 10 days since started. Thanks.

Alright so I have a university question. Currently at a big uni, almost 45k students and just started last week. Is it a viable strategy to cold approach? I don't want to get my reputation ruined as that guy. I have approached a couple of girls but only after I caught them looking at me and our eyes locked. Things I'm already doing are talking to people, not just girls but guys as well trying to make friends. Joined a couple of clubs related to my degree and will be joining rock climbing club th…

Thanks man. I did help him out the first couple of times but I think I started a bad habit in him... Anyway I met one interesting Indian guy but he was in the typical group, just said hi some basics and left. Lol at India circle, another jusreign fan I'm already lifting, need to lose a couple more kgs and thinking of joining rock climbing club. How do I provide value?
/r/askTRP02/03/17 02:03 PM

Thanks. I'm already avoiding associating with other Indians who aren't high smv(basically all) and remind me of typical indians.
/r/askTRP02/03/17 01:18 PM

Couldn't have asked for a better person to respond. I got a lot of questions for you Iirc you're indian, what additional advice can you give in this regard? Also your posts were great on TRP, why'd you stop posting?

You gotta be careful with the last test. Push too much and you may be the cause of her infidelity. There's a story in don Quixote how a baron wanted to test his wife's fidelity so he tells his friend, a Duke, to charm his wife and confess his love to her and cry crocodile tears of love for her. He does it so much that her wife eventually succumbs and the baron fell prey to his own curiosity and foolishness.

For a while I was looking for instructions on how to actually meditate after seeing these types of posts where meditation clearly has huge benefits. Watched videos, read up on different types of meditations, read different instructions but for mindfulness meditation the best resource was Mindfulness in Plain English. Great read, no bullshit and gets you started right away. Highly recommended.

TRP is not about actively spreading the ideology ourselves, it's about letting people discover it themselves when they're in need of it. I know I wouldn't have swallowed it during good times. I like the idea of making people realise how ridiculous feminism and related stuff has gotten but spreading the red pill ain't the way to do it man. It will inevitably lead to content being watered down, more palatable for the masses and not to say anything about the mortality of the sub (I know we got back…

"monkey see monkey do" Yeah true but only to a degree as /u/RedPillDad said. My father used to read a lot and when I was little and I always wondered what the fuck do you get by reading it seems boring (all text no pictures- I was 4). Reading was cultivated early on this and I read a lot. But I didn't like the way he exhibited other RP traits and did pretty much what RedPillDad did. Edit: formatting and missed a point

I used to be an atheist but then I became a deist(god exists but i dont care about religion). See, draw strength from whatever belief you have- what belief it is doesn't matter. This is rather hard to explain but I highly suggest you read Meditations by Marcus Aurelius. He believes in providence and whatever happens was meant to happen and whatever powers there are (god or anything) made this so because they never do anything that is not good (he believes God is just and good) and nothing that h…

Indian here. I would recommend you to expand your social circles as much as you can- friends of friends of friends of friends should know you. Even if there's a small connection, asking out on a date is easier. I'm gonna assume you've read Models by Mark Manson (if not, please do- indian life nowadays has superb efficacy in creating betas{I'll make a post on that on /r/india when I get the time later} and also read No More Mr Nice Guy by Rober Glover while you're at it. You won't need anything m…
