The article didn't say anything about men living longer being troubling, just that womens' life expectancy isn't rising as much as mens'. I don't see any feminism here, just numbers. EDIT: I understand all the comments below, it just seems people are dwelling on the word "troubling" and applying it to the wrong set of ideas.
This makes sense. No matter where you are, the whole thing about her being able to stay makes no sense whatsoever and the guy need to man up and throw her and her things out. Physically and as harmlessly as he can.
