Pause the movie (don't kid anyone, it was a movie). Get the water, and when you return ask her to drop the clothes. 4	What do you do when you have an eight month old and can't just leave the house to lift/hobby when you're turned down for sex? When I was strapped for time and cash with three kids under 5, I'd squat the fucking rottweiler. Well, until he started liking it a little too much. Nothing ruins recovery sleep like a 100-lb dog climbing onto your shoulders at night. But I'd superset the squats by curling the kids. I was going to Planet Fitness during this time but squatting the dog was better for form than the angled smith machines at PF. A couple times a month a 200-ish lb set will crop up for around $50. Then take the padawan with you. 2	Working Out on the Road - Gyms When I first started MRP I rushed right out to get a gym membership at the closest gym to my work (so I'd be likely to use it). Well, I signed on at planet fitness before realizing the Smith machines were not power racks. I didn't think at the time that there WOULDN'T be racks in a legitimate gym. The place is frustrating.
