I’m sorry your going through this, divorce is never easy, but there’s ways to emotionally get passed it, especially if something has been rocky for quite some time. It’s better to separate than to live in negativity. I hope for a smooth 50/50 custody. If you need anyone to talk to I’m specialized in coaching for after divorce or loss, I would gladly help out if you ever need further advice or support I am offering free sample sessions and would love to help. Feel free to reach out.

A relationship that is hell is just not worth it. At least when people separate you know you can grow as a person. Things will get better, and eventually will be able to independently enjoy life with out stress. Nothing that weighs us down is worth it. Good luck!

She is, and probably has been mentally checked out for a while, and has been holding everything in, instead of being an adult and expressing it to you earlier so that you guys could have worked on it. It’s tough now, but start on mentally preparing yourself now for the separation. Mediate, read self help books, and workout to relieve your stress and sadness. It’ll take time but you will get there!

I would try Michael Sealey sleep meditation videos on YouTube! See how that goes

I wouldn’t suggest sleeping tablets, the side effect of those is possibly becoming dependent on them :/ currently your body is speaking to you, it’s stressed, with time, healing and going through the waves and motions you’ll be back and better than ever. Have you tried meditation? It may be hard at first, but in the long term can be very beneficial. One thing for sure is you will be more than alright keep your head up!

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
