It's more of a template of what to say, he can say whatever he honestly feels. I think a canned response is going to come off disingenuous. You can say you're insecure about something proudly. Admitting an insecurity inherently shows that you're not paralyzed by it, and that you're confident the person will like you even if you admit a weakness.

Fair enough, I haven't been in the position of a virgin myself since the 9th grade so I don't know how I'd navigate it, but I always think being totally honest and unapologetic about where you are and what you're about is the way to go. Any time you're lying to a woman you're not only creating an obstacle to intimacy, you're showing an insecurity by saying there's something wrong with who I am I need to make something up or hide the truth. Shame does not jive with swagger and confidence

I find that if you know the why - you'll work out the how. Have it in your mind what your goal is for the date - and it should be this: To have fun and get to know the girl better. If you're feeling awkward, you don't know what to do or say or act, just remember why you're there - to have a good memorable time, and to get to know the girl better. It's sort of liberating to have that in your toolbox. Any decision you make can be backed with - well I think it could be fun! Let's go skip stones on …

I'd say start by introducing yourself next time you're around her, even if she's with other people. Just go over and be like hey guys I'm so and so I live over in dorm B, I've seen you guys around and thought I'd say hi. And just make friendly conversation. Ask what sport they're playing, oh did they play in high school? Oh where'd you go to high school, oh that's cool I've never been to xyz state what's it like. You don't have to ask her out the first time but just plant the seed that you're a …

They'll respect your brass balls for doing this too. And if the girl you're after knows her friends think you're a cool guy they're twice as likely to give it up

Nailed it. If you have to fake being something else you're just going to look insecure. The notion of "if I act this way women will like me" is inherently fucking pathetic. There are certain principles every man in the dating scene should follow (Get in shape, get out there and get reps, smell good, groom yourself etc.) but beyond that you pick your interests, conversation style, type of spots to pick up girls, hobbies and passions etc. That's what people mean when they say be yourself. If you t…

Yea that woman really posed a danger to him... I’m always for men hitting women back if the woman hits first but this guy is a piece of shit.

Couldn't agree more. You really think a girl is going to be impressed with how different you are because you walked up and asked her what flavor frappucino she would be if she could be any instead of having a normal conversation? The truth is like you said, most girls really aren't approached that often. You don't need to try to be different, you're not different and that's fine. You're a guy trying to talk to a girl at a bar, if that is your sole intention, to talk to a girl at a bar and have a…

If you have a good body it will show in clothes, don’t go the shirtless thirst trap on IG route. Much better to just post pics of yourself in nice clothes with some mates, even if women don’t see your muscles full bare, our brains subconsciously see shape. So yea, get some linen shorts nice shoes and quality t shirts/button ups and get out there

I was thinking the same thing. ‘Hey guys this thing happened to me’ ‘Oh wow, tell me about the thing’ ‘Come on I don’t want to talk about it’

I know you're kidding but this is actually more true than 'be attractive.' If you're well groomed, make an effort to stay in shape and have some sense of style, you don't need a great jaw line or facial symmetry.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
