Try asking his friend to buy him dumbbells (or just buy them yourself, but make sure the friend's in on it), tell him they were a gift from his friend, and set them up in a place/room he frequently visits. Since he won't have to go out of his way to get to a place to workout, he'll be more likely to do it. Also, swipe his phone (check his messages just in case), go on YouTube, and just simply watch some Alpha/Red Pill videos. They're eventually going to be recommended to him, and he might start …
