It's a good point, after all this is just one piece of anecdotal evidence. The irony is that they use anecdotal evidence all the time as proof for any point they want to make.
young men need to be taught that they actually have to take responsibility for their actions. I agree, but their action was having sex and their responsibility becomes raising a child.. Now try applying that to women and you'll promptly get told that you are just punishing them for having sex.
Yeah, I completely agree with /u/MidgardDragon. You can't say anything that goes against the narrative here without getting downvoted. It's just like 2XC. I still subscribe to both of them because they have interesting content, but I almost never comment because all I get is downvotes for not following the herd at every turn. That being said, most of the comments on here are completely reasonable.
A lot of women reject feminism because the name itself is inherently biased towards women. Feminism will push women's rights above all else. Men's rights activism will push men's rights above all else. These groups do not seek gender equality, they seek to protect their own rights. Just because someone doesn't support feminism, doesn't mean they don't support equality.
Her gut reaction to laugh at the idea of men's issues is the main reason that there are men's issues to begin with. Public shaming and bullying is her response to a polite request, smh.
