Modern Archery only need the minimum arm strength necessary for the arrow to reach the target. Guns even less so. Any physical sport that does not require the full musculature of the body do not discriminate amongst gender.

Try to follow up on this logic here. Because Standards allow businesses to pollute more and exploit employees, we should continue supporting said businesses by removing standards and allowing them carte blanche?

Which breaks the immersion of historical accuracy, also pisses off history buffs.

a hypothetical possibility that businesses are trying to make the world better, but the government makes them pollute more and pay their workers less. That statement above just killed my braincells. How is having standards making businesses pollute more and underpaying employees??

The concept of not having regulations is a good idea\ No. No it isn't. Regulation exists not because some government floozy wants to exploit you, it's to prevent anyone from exploiting you. Regulation is the reason why your work hours are 40 hrs per week and any overtime is compensated twice the usual rate. It's why you have an hour lunch break. It's why your food doesn't contain pesticides that can cause cancer or why your drinking water doesn't contain radioactive lead.

If we actually set fitness standards based on what the job required, most women wouldn't be able to serve in the military at all. Or maybe, just bear with me here, an infantryman, both male and female should be able to pull 300lbs of weight, excluding their own combat load, a short distance in order to pull out an incapacitated soldier out of a danger zone?

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
