I just looked into it and I can find absolutely no info to corroborate what you said. 10	Vasectomy Vasectomies have about a 1 in 3 chance of not being reversible once there done and the reversability just gets lower as time goes on, so no a vasectomy can't just be simply reversed. 2	I Have No Words..... They didn't ban abortion. They turned it from a federal right to a state right, meaning instead the federal government deciding the abortion laws each state gets to have their own laws on it. Yes, but we're talking about rebuilding the Ukranian population in an ethic sense, which wouldn't work if the men were from other countries. That's like saying to rebuild say, the Korean population, they can just have kids with English men.
