Literally the only trait you mentioned is height, one of the very few traits you actually control. Comfortably ignoring the hundred other traits that you can control. Stop blaming your failure on your height and grow a pair

Not exactly. Gooran is saying it’s a plus. I’m saying that it removes a potential negative. I’m the end the result may be the same, but the logic i is different.

I don’t think so, I think it simply shows that he’s not a socially incompetent creep which girls desperately try to filter out on OLD.

More and more automation, and more and more service based industry goes against your theory. Sure, wealth comes from cumulative effort of many. But you’re missing that women still make up 50% of the workforce, and if 5% or 10% of men decide to check out will make little difference for an employer in the long run. Besides, if they plan to live they still need to produce and consume something.

Sounds like you believe that sex is something one person does to another, as opposed to something you do together. Why not? If she has done it with her exes shouldn’t you have to satisfy her needs as well? Or is it only what you want to do that matters? You’d be surprised by how “ordinary” the people are who are into these things.

That’s perfectly fine if you feel that way. I simply used “weak” because I couldn’t come up with a better word for people who let the above mentioned opinions and influence get to them

Yes but it’s his choice, it would be a hell of a difference if he was ordered to clean them “because he used to do it anyways” So you’d agree to get pegged if your gf wanted to because she has done it with other guys? Is there anything you wouldn’t do?

And do you want to keep cleaning toilets the rest of your life? If you manages to get a promotion do you still expect that you’ll have t clean toilets? Do you try literally everything? Are there foods that you hate and still think “hmm, maybe this time it’ll taste different?” If you don’t want it you don’t want it. Of course you’re free to consider it a dealbreaker if your gf won’t do anal or whatever, but you’re both free to choose. Especially with sex where so much of it is about mentality. To…

I am personally not affected because I have very strong personal ambitions and drive. However I can completely see how, no offense, “weaker” men may struggle to see a purpose to anything. Being constantly bombarded with negativity and reward less responsibilities I fully sympathize with those who just say “fuck it”
/r/PurplePillDebate21/08/20 06:12 PM

If you have a job that at one point forces you to clean the toilet, does that mean that you now have to clean the toilet for every employer you ever have thereafter? I agree that if she enjoyed some things with others but not with you, you can at least raise an eyebrow. But trying something and not liking it? Are you really debating that?

This is the reason i stay single. Apart from sex and cuddles, which i can get in excess from casual relationships, extremely few women have anything to contribute to my life.

"Rockers" barely even exist anymore, and DJs are a dime a dozen and most women couldn't give less of a fuck about them. The only women i've met who has slept with drug-dealers and junkies are trashed up junkies themselves. I feel pretty confident in saying that you've probably not met many attractive women, much less discussed their sexual past with them.

Being yourself means you shouldn’t pretend to be something you’re not. If you absolutely fucking hate football, don’t play it just to get laid. If you don’t care about fashion, don’t buy expensive shit to get laid. But doing a bunch of pushups or wearing a clean shirt that isn’t torn, isn’t changing who you are, it’s improving who you are. Of course if your identity is to be fat and smell like shit then too bad, but the vast majority of cases people are just lazy.

Stay away from classmates that’s all I can say. The rest is free market. That said, if you already now think your behavior might be frowned upon or socially unacceptable maybe configure it a bit? I know people judge eachother in weird ways in school, but a good rule of thumb is that you want to be able to look back at your behavior without regret or embarrassment.

Well, step 1: is 16 a legal age where you live? If it is, proceed, otherwise don’t. First of all, it’s definitely an indication of sex but not a guarantee and never treat it as one. At that age it’s not a long shot that she’s a virgin, and in that case sex is unlikely. Bringing some food or snacks would be a good idea, can’t say I condone wine due to her age. Something simple, that doesn’t give you a bad breath. Grapes is always a safe bet. There is no step-by-step way of doing this. Every girl …

I was never really bottom-tier, but compared to what I’m like now it’s night and day. Basically I believe in constant self-reflection and accumulative effort. Every time I got rejected I would think “man what did I do wrong?” Even if she might have just been a bitch, there was always a lesson for me in the failure. Never excuse a failure, always try to find even if there was just 1% I could have done differently. With regards to myself, consistent effort and time is what built me up. I stopped l…

His new reply is much more what i was looking for, so obviously it's not that hard. My point is that if you want to brag and congratulate yourself on your self-improvement there should be some actual substance behind it, not undefined nonsense.

high value men dont shit post differing opinions. Let me guess, you have a super-high IQ as well? Sounds like you're low in social competence, so maybe stop self-diagnosing yourself from facebook-quizes. I mean, what kind of parallell is that? Someone works out to look and feel good, so they touch themselves infront of their mirror?

100% agree on the “men have choices” part. Generally when women talk about choosing men, they mix up HVM and LVM. They talk about how they want a HVM and then suggest strategies to get him that only a LVM would put up with. And when women complain about not being able to find a HVM they never talk about why a HVM would choose her over his 20 other alternatives.

To some degree, yes. I definitely get bored if it’s too easy. But that doesn’t mean it should feel like I have to bash down a brick wall with my forehead either. That said, make sure you’re actually worth chasing. If you’re a 5/10 you’re not going to get a 8-9/10 to chase after you. It's extremely difficult to obtain both alpha and beta qualities This is such a common sentiment but I never understood why. Why can’t someone both be socially alpha and career/academically driven? There is nothing mutually exclusive about it.

No offense but the “I date short guys” girls who pop into every thread about height is pretty annoying. I’m not short but its obvious short guys have a disadvantage. Unless you’re Bi, you probably haven’t dated a lot of girls in your life so you can’t really say what dating is like for guys. And I agree to some degree, girls don’t care so much about details but they do care about the package. Some of the things OP talks about are right on track about being attractive, others are not.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/05/20 12:33 PM

Sure you got a genetic disadvantage but there are tons of hot small girls, not all of them filter based on height.

Because you don't WANT to appeal to the masses of untrained fatties. That they don't train is irrelevant because what you're aiming for are the girls who do. If your aim is to be in the top 10%, then of course 90% of people will be "below" you. Which also means that, roughly, 90% of women will be unappealing to you. Stop focusing on the women who aren't interesting to you.

I improved my fitness until I’m now fit enough to compete professionally at crossfit. With all due respect: 1: Do you compete at crossfit? 2: Would someone pay you to do it (Definition of "Professionally" 3: Would you win? Competing is one thing, getting paid for it and actually winning is completely different. There are a lot of fatties who compete and lose miserably. Fair enough, but this teacher was also a self-proclaimed radfem and her bias was very transparent. It was not an objective analysis, it was a political statement. Also, as i said she gave credit to women for mens accomplishments, but gave men the blame for what they did when they did something wrong. Plenty of teachers have pointed out differences between men and women, and it doesn't bother me, but this was not one of them. Eh, i was like 14 at the time so my grasp of history wasn't exactly top…

Absolutely. I had one history teacher openly talk about how all the bad things in history has been caused by men, and how behind every great man stands a woman. I had to write an extra essay for pointing out that hitler had 7 wives. I also saw girls start to cry during tests, upon which the teacher would go over and help them. During PE women got the same grades for far less effort. Obviously less results are one thing, but I saw a girl literally throw a spear backwards and she still got an A. N…

Yep I had the absolutely same experience. After trying it I have much more respect for women who complain about the lack of men, and how I king embarrassingly bad men behave. Well yeah, do you expect me to post 500 links or something? Even if I could find them That would be ridiculous. Sure the profile isn’t great but it’s also not eyebrow-raislingly bad. Literally everything you said can be repeated with switched places on "man" and "woman" 4 bucks is a polite gesture from the woman. It's not about the money etc. And you still haven't told me which effort that the woman put in that the man doesn't? But yeah, in the end the issue is that you'd probably never want to date someone who thinks like me and i would never want to date someone like you. Women generally look for men who would be good providers. And you think a cup of coffee represents that? Tons of women also look for men who treat them as equals. No, i'm not interested in how much she makes, but it's all about signalling for me. Is she entitled? Does she expect me to pay for everything? Does she have individuality and integrity? Paying for your own coffee all indicates that to me. It's a small but important gesture. I have personally experienced no correlation between paying fo…

Apparently not paying for your coffee means he's going to be a deadbeat who doesn't make any effort, so you kindof disqualify yourself from complaining about that parrallell. But tell me then, what effort do women put into the first date, that men do not? If that isn’t the most pretentious comment I’ve read this week. Trying to talk like some cringeworthy self-improvement guru kind of gets defeated by how you’re doing it on PPD. Because I read this sub for fun, not to deep dive into several pages of text regarding infidelity? If I wanted to read a scientific paper I would read about something actually relevant and informative. To me FDS and TRP are the same. Built on a not-retarded ideology that in practice none of them actually adhere to, but immediately refer to when criticized. Maybe it’s because I’m a guy but I feel that TRP is at least somewhat more connected to reality than FDS because they don’t refer to each other as alphas by default vs FDS “queens”, but it’s marginal

Your actual value is decided by the people who are willing to date and commit to you, the market value. If you can’t get a HVM to commit, you’re not a HVW. The exact same applies for men struggling with women. I can claim that my product is amazing, but if nobody is actually willing to buy it then I need to raise quality or lower price.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/20 07:14 AM

Maximizing self-esteem without anything to back it up is just maximizing arrogance though. Waking around telling everyone that you’re a queens you’re a prize, you deserve the best doesn’t actually justify selectivity in reality
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/20 07:00 AM

That still doesn’t address the core issue at all. You don’t seem to realize that a date goes both ways. A woman is deciding if the guy is worth her time, but the guy is deciding if she is worth his effort. Why would I want to put effort on someone who considers contributing 50% unfair? HVM have alternatives, so why should I choose the one who contribute the least? And before the ad-hominem, I paid for almost everything with my ex because I was employed and she was a student.

A guy who wants you to pay for your own coffee on date 1 is the same guy whose wife is posting 10 years later about how he makes 4x the income, but demands she pay half the rent and childcare Ironically, as a guy i see it as the exact reverse. Not really, I’ve met tons of 9/10 women who haven’t had any trouble landing a top tier boyfriend simply by being themselves. They didn’t play any games or develop some manipulative “strategy” I have however met tons of women like the ones on FDS and it’s always been painfully obvious why no man wants them. It’s only the fuglies that need to do that in order to try to artificially inflate their value. And ironically, when fuglies try to filter out the fuckboys by playing games, they just filter out all the attractive guys instead who aren’t going to put in a bunch of extra work for a below average woman. I completely agree. As a FDS woman, I’m absolutely terrified of all the hot chads who post on Braincels :(

I've definitely done it. It was more of a "Eh, why not?" I have seriously raised my standards in later years though.

I don’t really have an opinion on it. Its her choice, and as long as she doesn’t expect anything from me or society I couldn’t care less. Just don’t smell bad please.

Not sure if it’s a man thing or a people thing. Anecdotally, one major reason my last relationship ended was because I felt like a parent and had to take care of everything.

I dont see what that has to do with women being single, at all.

On average, yeah. As for myself personally, i'm pretty much always taking the initiative, male or female, anyways so i can't tell. But yes, people care way less about men than women, imo.

I'd say non-attractive women are approached about as much as your average man, possibly a bit more. It's not that men aren't willing to talk to unattractive women. But when you're used to getting a lot of attention, then an average amount of attention suddenly seems lackluster.

It’s a pretty well known case that a lot of women complain about feeling invisible when they become older. Some types of attention is definitely unwanted and I doubt they miss it. Other types of attention I think they would be surprised at how dependent they are of it.

”Those who had more sexual partners were younger, more likely to smoke, drink frequently, and do more vigorous physical activity each week, the researchers said.” Apart from HPV, which is undeniably related, there are a lot of correlation-causation questions to unpack here

You’re not supposed to wait for her to reply. You send away a text and then go about your day until she replies. Of course if you’re at the point where you’re trying to set up a date and she still takes days to reply, do not bother. Yes, women you meet in person are far easier( and more fun) to connect with, which is why OLD shouldn’t replace it. It should simply serve as a complement to it.

I’d say yes and no. Depends on what you mean by equals. I treat women like Normal people, with flaws and strengths, not more not less. But I also know that some things I can talk to guys about but not girls, that there can be sexual tension in a way that I don have with guys, that they have different sets of issues etc. Acknowledge that there are difference but still treat them as equals.

Don’t you think there is a pretty big correlation-causation factor here? Are people happy and productive because they are attractive, or are they attractive because they are happy and productive?

If you (man or woman) can’t find someone who wants to commit to you, it’s because you don’t have anything worth committing to, IMO. If you have a consistent problems with dating, the fault lies on yourself.

Personally I enjoy dating in general. I’d say the vast majority of guys aren’t so swamped with dates that they need to optimize the process. Personally I have more prospects than I can follow up on but I’ve still never considered a date a waste of time.

Yep. I think some guys are porn damaged, some guys get off to it and some guys just don’t know how to interpret “be upfront and honest.” Maybe it’s the same reason why people in general act like massive cunts online. I’m not sure exactly why it’s this way, but it really makes me sympathize with why women rate men low on dating apps.

Also don’t forget “genuine” You are who you are, do what you want to do etc. it’s a pretty big factor that is hard to fake.

Maybe i'm not part of the "Most" group here, but i am always pretty open about my intentions. Very rarely it stops me from getting laid. What matters is how you let her know. The amount of guys who have the social grace of a stampeding elephant is embarrassing. The key is to let women play their game, and play along. Few women will tell you to just come over and bang her, even if that's what they want. Even women who you are FWBs with. Its the same mentality why so many women who put "No hookups…

Honestly, after seeing a thread this week where Redpillers were piling onto anybody claiming they were actually attractive and successful with women, and saying that nobody like that goes on reddit, i'd say its very few. I've had the same experience. I have no problem getting women, to put it lightly, and i have nothing but negative experiences trying to give/request advice or talk to redpillers. So yeah, as much as i wish it wasn't this way, i'm pretty sure that 95% of the "redpillers" are LARP…

I do pretty much all of those. Career, looks, physique, money, effort into dates etc. and im having a lot of fun and success on the dating market. I wouldn't touch a FDS member with a 10 foot pole. From what i've seen, they are neither socially competent nor attractive enough to even pass the swiping-phase. They are comedic relief and remind me to pay attention to red flags because some women are secretly psychos, nothing else.
