I have had issues with acne for years and years, as well as blackheads occasionally. I can see a big difference when I include or remove dairy from my diet as well as sugar and certain types of alcohol like hard cider. There was a study out of South Korea about the correlation between acne and dairy. It may be worth it to try a few weeks without and take photos to see if it makes any difference.

How about, "Nothing truly meant for me is something I'll miss."

His offer is low-balling my value so I'll choose to pass on it.

I feel like this should definitely be gender discrimination class action lawsuit material...

This is why abusers cut women off from their friends and family, so they don't have someone to say hey, that's effed up!

When your husband has been wacking it to barely legal pornstars for years, it's hard to feel valuable as a 30 yo. Kind of sad.

Get a security system. I have Simplisafe, and I use Alfred cameras with a few old phones.

I used to love Fiona! Thanks for putting her back on my radar.

I have a HVM. I don't think all women would consider him HV since he has some issues... But he has all the traits that make him HV to me. He's extremely smart, funny, interesting, has hobbies and passions, he takes care of me, buys me gifts, does little (and big) things for me all the time to make me happy, and he's super hot (duh). We have similar love languages, interests, and adaptive relationship styles (we're both volatile lol). If he proposed I would say yes! But I stay on this sub to keep…

The reason why I want to be a part of this sub so bad is because even though I KNOW the rules, when given a situation sometimes I need a reminder, because of all those years of hearing the wrong advice from well-intentioned friends. My first thought was to say, next time he asks to hang out, ask him what "hang out" means, but your response is 100% correct. I think it's time for a re-read!!

Came here to say that! And we SHOULD be financially independent. Women who are completely dependent can become stuck in an abusive situation real quick. But we should be taken care of too.

I'm both laughing at the warm pita pocket comment and also terrified at this realization that they're right...

She's still young. Better she drop this dead weight now than drag it around for years before having to pry it off her.

My man almost always makes my plate. If I cook, he serves himself. You won't believe how stoked he is when once a month or so I make one for him.

I bought my house in 2014 as a single woman at age 23. With hard work and high levels of ambition.

God, this is so gross. I'm 28 and if I had a man like him who wanted to marry me I would never even consider engaging with another man. What a self-absorbed brat.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
