1	Then and now.. discrimination is discrimination This is why we need Congress to bring back the Equal Rights Amendment. We almost have it ratified, we just need a few more states on board. It guarantees equal rights for regardless of sex. That's all it says and would give people grounds to sue for doing things like this.
