2	Options and Opinions Active Duty here going through a divorce and can give some insight. 1st you need to talk to Jag or legal ASAP. Army has certain requirements when you're getting divorced as in give her 75% of your BAH. There are exceptions to to this but very hard to obtain. Dont cash app or do anything like that with the money. Use money orders. Take a picture of the the receiot, the money order and have her sign a receipt saying she received the money order.
