Your logistics are what they are, you’re twenty lol.. you said it yourself OP, most of the girls live with their parents too.. you just gotta deal with it.. make a game out of it with the girl; how “quiet” you two have to be.. but reality is you’re in good company. Don’t make a big deal about it and neither will she.

And to OP’s larger point, being cognizant and deliberate in, and of, your actions/words/persona is simpler and less time consuming than attempting to do so for other people’s.

Make sure your diet is on point too if it isn't already... huge factor.

Beard oils differ in their carrier oil makeup. Certain oils can be better for certain skin types. Generally speaking, the oil blends 1) soften the hairs 2) prevent dandruff/beardruff (for reasons I won't get into). But this is for established beards. Be skeptical of any beard oil claiming to have growth benefits.

Also I get your concern about coming of as "needy" but I think the prior communication is much more important towards determining whether or not you come off this way. As long as your frame is maintained and you're calibrated throughout, you should come off as someone who's looking for fun and who isn't looking to waste time.

How much communication between matching on tinder and getting number? If theyre giving you real phone numbers, then the comfort level should be sufficient and you can set up logistics quickly. Not every girl is gonna be the same but try to set up the date within a couple texts. Any communication you can have over text will be better in person. You just need her to be confident enough that you're not a serial killer, then initiate meetup. For me personally, if she doesn't respond positively to a …

Also by being specific, you get to see if she brushes you off or if she suggests an alternative day/time.

Keep it light, don't interview her or allow yourself to be interviewed. Plenty of info on the subs regarding the dangers of texting too much (or at all). I find comfort building is important when you meet eachother on tinder or online. Too little and you're no one to her (read: no investment = flaking), too much and you enter orbit. But yes, goal is ultimately to meet up.

I think the way you field those first few situations is really important. When she first brings up some problem/issue/grievance, gauge your answer carefully. There's a variety of ways to respond but the overarching theme is that you should show disinterest in her problem. Change the subject, ask a question about something she mentioned that's completely unrelated to her problem, amplify and make fun of her... you're not the guy to talk to about her issues, make that clear from the beginning.

Agreed. And she's done her part by mentioning BF (true or otherwise) such that things can just "happen" and her conscience can be clear. Girls who work in industries like that get hit on often by all kinds of dudes so sometimes the BF is just the defacto claim. Regardless, proceed if you wish to and make your intentions clear. Think about her actions between the time you left and the time that she added you on Facebook... hamster was obviously busy..

Logistics-only texting doesn't apply to women that you've never met in real life. Because you're not real to her until you actually are face to face, radio silence only pushes you further out of her thoughts... DO: Be witty/funny DO NOT: Interview her You want to pull the right emotional strings. Keep things light, funny, humorous. This texting is just to make her feel comfortable enough (and interested enough) to meet up with you. DO: Build comfort DO NOT: Be her text buddy There's a sweet spot…

These guys are just fucking with you because they see you hitting on a girl and think it would be funny to go fuck your game up... just keep in mind the girl will absolutely note your reaction. It's a perfect shit test for her and she didn't have to lift a finger.

Yes, it's worth it for the experience. Best to hit the ground running at college. Those first few weekends, find the parties. Talk to everyone. Be social, be outgoing, don't be a sociopath. College is TRP on roids... as far as being judged, the quicker you stop caring about this the better. IMO better to be the guy who rode the town bike than stayed on the sidewalk, especially at your age.

What are your rules for dispensing knowledge? (RP and non. RP).... Who/When/Why. Seems there are a lot of stupid people and thus many opportunities are presented.

This ^ As someone who smokes quite frequently I can attest to the difficulties of holding frame. I also find that I go back and forth about whether I'd fuck/make efforts to fuck a specific girl. For me it's almost the opposite effect of alcohol.

I'd cut my losses since you have class with her. Game some other chicks in the class. Maybe she'll see that and come back to your orbit. Could've proceeded with something that downplayed/ignored her "not ready to date" comment. She didn't ignore you or reject you. Could've taken it like a shit test... what's the one sentence response that would've gotten her on the date? Then you proceed from there, addressing the "I'm not ready to date" if she brings it up again... you're already cognizant of t…

I think you have the right mindset. Set your standards for her behavior towards you and stick to them. If she wants to hook up again then it's your call, if she's just playing games and you're outcome independent then it doesn't matter.

Well said. Great points. I never understood the point of being a shy girl on tinder haha, but you're right. I guess I feel forced to text a lot more than I would like to because some are so overly shy.

The question is about women's approach to texting. Smh. "TRP views texting for X purpose. Is this how (RPW) view texting?" As Cardiscappa notes, pretty straightforward.....

So I pose a question to this sub, noting the prevailing info from TRP. You respond by redirecting me to TRP... very helpful. My question is whether RPW view texting as only being useful for logistics. I don't want advice. I asked precisely what I intended.
