I think instead of listening to life advice from someone go live life and discover it for yourself. Doesn’t matter how credible a guy is Turing over your own discovery for someone’s advice is like handing over your checkbook. This is the same trap in TRP. The majority of the higher ranked guys are complete hypocrites. Only you don’t know it until you get into further involved. I’d be careful putting someone as a guru of your life. Look how well that went tates followers?

No. TRP was around way before Tate and he isn’t considered red pill by most within the community. Only the most vocal and misguided. Which do dominate the Reddit feeds. I’m not defending TRP by any means but claiming toxic people like tate represent TRP ignores the core philosophy TRP pushes. If anything tate is a characture at best. he represents a far more insidious belief that spin out of TRP. Dark triad.

It’s pretty easy. Just be who you are. And if there are things YOU don’t like about yourself change them. Finally always look for negative traits. We all develop them. Look for improvement to be a better person. Life is like a home baked cookie: Decorate it however the you like. The toppings , frosting, taste — it's all up to you. Not everyone is going to like your cookie and that's fine; save it for someone who wants it.

Everyone does really if you take care of yourself. Don’t drink. Don’t smoke. Eat right. Exercise. Don’t purposely tan. Skin care. You’ll age better. I’m 50 and often I’m mistaken for late 30/ early 40s.

No. It’s disprovable. First red pill rules of relationships are more about weeding out women who don’t fit a specific role or a type. Women who don’t fit or are willing to change are not high value women. In a sense red pill gives a selection criteria. They all essentially repeat the same advice over and over again. They create “tribes” which just attract guys who like the way one of these gurus delivers the same message.
