1	How do judges view false restraining orders? I went through something very similar. I was so naïve and ignorant I didn’t even realize what she was doing. I didn’t know people do this to get custody. She started with a false police report and got a false restraining order…. then texted me probably over 200 times including asking me very serious and important questions. She accused me of such serious things, yet had no injuries and actually went to work before going to the police station.
