It's not though. Because no ring video has been released. If it has been released by the cops, it's not admissible evidence and will have tainted the jury pool, which violates her right to an impartial trial. I don't make the rules, I just obey them in court. Anyone who has seen a video, has either seen a fake or has secured her freedom.

My point was that no one has seen the evidence. Here's a follow up tik tok with an attorney saying that anyone who says they have seen the footage is very likely a liar. While there are charges, and she was arrested and processed, there is not a conviction. And that means that the police have recommended her for prosecution. Because EXHIBISTIONISTS and flashers often use the "it was an accident, I was asleep/distracted/didn't know my fly was undone" constantly. And flashers love delivery people because they are allowed to be naked in their home and the delivery people have to walk up to do their job. We are social creatures. There are always social consequences to criminal action and it is the primary driving force between the right of a jury trial. I agree evidence cannot be made public without influencing the jury, but the first amendment RELIES on the court of public opinion hearing all ideas and determining the best one.

Judging an entire of class of people that you label (they didn't label themselves) based on the actions of one person who labeled themselves and did something horrible, is the definition of a false flag operation. Especially when there are people out there specifically stoking decisions. Like Twitter showing us these accounts were started in Russia. Feminism is a word with a definition, and there is no unified movement today such that there are "members". That's like saying that ICE should be judged by the actions of all the people running around pretending to be ICE. Labels are to be discarded when judgements are made, because women are not a monolith, judging that so many of them voted for conservatism. You should judge and be judged only over that which you have control, or declare to be part of your identity.

You're illustrating the point the commenter was making. It's because to be appealing to women, you can't just use "easy visual" mass-appeal by displaying men's bodies. It's not insulting, because there are whole sections of the population that don't evaluate their partners using sex, frequency, type or history. That understand that people's hormones change.
