It's not as if this was done from a standard physical; we actually had to take him to the Emergency room due to a grotesque swelling and deformation of his genitals that had arisen at home. It was quite disturbing looking, and absolutely abnormal, painful, he was unable to urinate properly, and required intervention. I would never agree to a surgical procedure without cause, but thanks.

I had to get my son circumcised at 3 years old due to a phimosis. I had no strong feelings about it at birth, but since he didn't 'need' it, I didn't do it. However, he has said to me in later years (he is 24 now) that he is glad that he ended up having gotten it done. So there must be some sense of 'oddness'? that led him to feel that way. 5th grade - 10, 6th - 11, 7th- 12, 8th - 13, 9th - 14, 10th - 15, 11th - 16, 12th - 17. All of these can move by a few months based on bday. Many graduate at 17. All of my kids have been 10 in 5th grade, so it's not a flat out lie ya dipshit.

Not sure about your quote, but vasectomies, out of pocket, top out at about 3K, and are usually more in the $1000-$1700 range. Who told you $7200? Granted, this is in USD, so maybe that's it. But one would think the conversion would be similar.

When you say 'intent of the law', you can swap that directly for 'spirit of the law'. Do you honestly believe that the reason these laws were enacted was to punish teenagers for getting frisky with each other? The very same way that 99% of the people who worked on its enactment did when THEY were teens? If the current policy makers had to grow up under the laws which they now foist upon their descendants, can you imagine the utter shambles society would be in? These laws are to protect children …
