Well at least there's no legal consequences in control of the university. And yeah, private universities should be allowed to kick someone out for any reason they want to--other than by race, religion, sex, etc, of course--because it's private. With that, though, they should at least give the money back to whoever paid it, whether it be by scholarship or out of pocket. They shouldn't be allowed to keep that and have full control of what you can be kicked for.

I admit that I didn't know the difference at first, so I had to Google it. Hermaphrodites are people that are completely male and female. Not only do they have completely functioning sexual organs, but they have everything else that comes with both sexes. It seems to be a battle of semantics at that point, though, so there really isn't that much of a difference.

What I do know is that you're (likely intentionally) forgetting the second part of that very definition (typically used with reference to social and cultural differences rather than biological ones). Well, asexual has multiple meanings. There's "asexual" in the context of how reproduction works, which is most common in microscopic organisms. Yeah, at the very least, he does eventually allow them to provide their points. In my opinion, actually being able to speak is better than convincing someone that they're wrong. That doesn't mean you can break four bones in their face. Self Defense is supposed to be used as a last resort and only to the minimum amount of force required to stop the attack. If you sock someone in the face because they lightly slapped you, then you're not acting out of Self Defense. Any judge will say the same thing.

If a kid punches you in the leg or kicks your ankle and you punch him in the throat, you went overboard. It would be the same if a grown man hit you and didn't cause you any pain, damage to your body, nor threat to your life. Sure, most people would've hit back, but that does not mean the amount of force put in is automatically justified.

Religion is a thing. It's basically just synonymous with mythology and relies on pure faith in a book written by man. Religion is literally the worship of one or more deities, which is exactly what people do. I mean, and this is purely anecdotal, many of my closer friends don't seem to mind that they were cut. I think if you grow up with or without a cut, you grow used to it and start to think that whatever you have is the norm. Then again, the majourity of my friends aren't outright gay.
