Doesn't that presupposes that every hiring manager, CEO, owner is a completely rational thinker and actor in all of their decisions both consciously and subconsciously? Racism or sexism wouldn't be a thing if that was true.

Then they can compare the two. If he had showed a case where a man received $500,000 for false imprisonment and a woman $1 million for false imprisonment he would have a case. If he had shown where a man received this prison sentence for committing this crime and a woman received a much lesser prison sentence he would have a case. A woman was also rewarded $15.6 million for being in a car accident. Isn't that outrageous!!?!?! A woman. With money. Fuck you guys. I took the time to read the frontpage of this sub and realized this isn't about mensrights. This is just about hating on women.

But that's a false comparison. Again, it has nothing to do with the sex of either individual. A female falsely imprisoned wouldn't have received more money. But I give up. I took the time to read through this sub. This isn't mensrights. This is "I hate women".

Again, you are comparing two unrelated things. First of all females who are wrongfully imprisoned don't get more money. Men are not getting screwed in that scenario. Wrongfully imprisoned people are. It has zero to do with rather that person is a male. It's the same thing with the libel on getting called a porn star. A male didn't sue and receive nothing while the woman received a million. I'm 100% for mensrights. But using a completely dishonest and incoherent argument like this leads me to bel…
