My theory is that evolutionarily, it provides better protection and safety.

Great post. I wanted to ask how the negotiating differs when you're moving up within your current company and thus HR can see what you're making. Guess it's pretty clear what we need to do.

Really, really good post. I like how you focused on efficient ways to maximize a great shot and also threw in some technical bits but in an easy to understand way (get a nifty fifty prime etc). Also I lost it at vaginal waterfalls

If you already have the mastery of wealth generation and physical fitness, one way to create social value is to show others those skills in a social setting. There are a few posts on it around here, but whether it's in one-on-one in a date or with a group, displaying mastery and educating others frames the interaction within a dependable relationship dynamic. Teach others what you know, have fun doing it, and you are valuable.

I like this, it's more fun than a "what are you passionate about?" and can be used earlier in the interaction. Thanks!

181gm carbs seem daunting GNC Amplified Mass Shake has 124g carbs, which is 4 scoops. Do 2 scoops a shake twice a day if that's too much for one sitting, and you're almost 70% of the way to your daily carbs along with 50g protein. I've also been making 1lb of wheat pasta and a bag of brown rice on Sundays, then throwing it in the fridge for the week. Season with your favorite lite sauce/Sriracha, etc.

Same here @ 175lbs. I feel too gaunt, I'm at 15% body fat but abs still arent quite visible. I'm trying to figure out if i should cut a bit more or start bulking. Been lifting 4x a week and riding my bike.

What made you choose BJJ over other martial arts disciplines? I've been considering Jiu Jitsu and Krav Maga.

No matter the eating plan, almost all will advocate low sugar, especially artificial, HFCS, etc. I've noticed that the creatine I have (GNC Brand) is loaded with sugar. Is this typical? Do the benefits of creatine outweigh an associated insulin spike?

Are you actively trying to lose weight? Or maintain your current physique? How muscular are you?

Imagine a character who you want to be like and ask, "what would they do in this situation?" and then just play the role. Been doing this with Daniel Craig's Bond.

OkStupid has gone downhill. Bot and scam accounts have pretty much taken over the site. I'm not sure if the owners don't care or if they turn a blind eye to help increase page views. Interesting because Tinder, Match, OkCupid, and Plenty of Fish are all owned by the same company. The conglomerate that owns that company also owns Vimeo, Investopedia, CollegeHumor, and more.

Liked your writing style. Made me feel like I was reading this through a film noir perspective.

Nice work! Congratulations for doing what you did that night. You deserve even more praise since you haven't had an easy road and are overcoming more obstacles than most. And I hope you realize that once you get more practice you will be able to have your pick at women. One of the things that men can't change is height. At 6'3"....you'll crush it once you get some more experience. There will be setbacks but just keep going! You're already on the right path.

Interesting. What if you've flashed/hard reset your phone and erased data since? Data would be gone since it's not magnetic storage, right?

Great point. Remember folks, Reddit is on the open internet, not behind and sort of encrypted connection. As search tools become more advanced and women more adept with technology, this is no joke.

Exactly. I also think sometimes we forget the environmental variables at play when anonymously posting. E.g. poster 1 could be an 18 year old short man in college in the U.S. and poster 2 could be a 33 year old tall man in eastern Europe. Two completely different sets of variables where one size does not fit all.

What really clicked for me in the post you linked was the last passage: It's kind of like if you were dating in Israel and every woman you came across wore one of those sheet covering their entire body. You wouldn't know what you were dealing with until you got to the bedroom. Heck, some could even be guys! So you might meet for coffee first to get a chance to check for curves under the sheet or a casual slip revealing some details of what's underneath. THIS IS WHAT WOMEN ARE DOING THROUGH SHIT …

I've seen many of these posts and very few of them mention alcohol. Obviously consuming no alcohol would be best to get lean. But if you're drinking, I understand light beer, vodka, or whiskey without sugary mixers to be the least disruptive way. I've also read that the body processes alcohol first (since it's a toxin) so any periods of drinking essentially pause the metabolic fat loss effects you've been working on. Do you have any further thoughts here? For example, if I consume 8 drinks for 8…

I think dbz said it well in this thread above. A man is predisposed to diversify, whereas a woman is predisposed to seek out the best mate. So the implications of cheating differ.

I think it can show character, but could also be a fear of the unknown (40 year old virgin syndrome) so sometimes I perceive it as naïveté.

A man is predisposed to diversify, whereas a woman is predisposed to seek out the best mate. So the implications of cheating differ. This is the most concise and easy to understand explanation I've seen on this subreddit. This saying should be included in some of the introductory material for TRP.

Apparently Reddit admin now has a system in place to connect accounts used from the same IP's, so you're not totally invulnerable.
