But from my personal perspective, it sounds like he's definitely desexualized you over time, it happens in some (very few, I think) marriages when children come into the picture. Try "Ride The Wave" technique. Meditation, guided visualizations on Youtube, body scan meditations, EFT tapping, mindfulness techniques, all of these may help you. Just do a little research on the stuff I've mentioned. EFT Tapping, Riding The Wave & meditation might help the most in calming down anxiety.

Hate to be upfront & harsh, but yup. That's what it sounds like, from the information OP has given us. Let me tell you, jealousy in an early relationship is a BIG OLE RED FLAG. I've been through this, it's the sign of a man who has an inferiority complex, low self esteem, or insecurities. It feels good at first, how protective the man is. It feels overall masculine and you love it at first. But then you start to see the red flags, and that the jealousy is not cute anymore. It's real AF.

I guess you feel a lil drained or overstimulated by the conversation. While you're calming him down, make sure you're "pouring from a full cup". Be truly calm from the inside, so you can replicate it on the outside like you do already.
