Owning a house gives you leverage. You are able to play with the equity you own and potentially make more money. It also comes with a lot of risk

That’s not a bad thing. Why be friends with people you don’t fit well with or people that are fake? You don’t need a lot of friends, what you need are real friends that are down for you.

Yup! Everyone’s own way is different!!! Some like to point out the flaws of the stereotypical “man” and “woman” that society expects the two to be. While some simply don’t care and are focusing on themselves (me).

Not old (22) but my best advice would be to not invest based off expectations. Do proper due diligence and run your numbers correctly. I am a real estate and marijuana investor. My main job is as a general contractor. Investing in California is a stupid idea cuz of the money but since I am a contractor, I am able to do a lot of the work myself and make money off investments here. Different person, different situation. Always do your research.

It’s because you just don’t have common interests anymore. Similar to how a lot of the friends you knew in high school you don’t really talk to anymore.

Growing up in a gang infested neighborhood I had a lot of friends get shot and killed, I eventually became numb to all of it. Used to feel lonely now I feel indifferent

Probably because there’s other things to do such as go to the trendy places on Instagram for dates etc. those type of environments like sports bars are more for single people to meet

What makes it good? Is it not good if I ran the deal by myself?

Will do, it’s a long road to hell. Going to be a while.

Couple weeks late replying to this but what he views MGTOW as is also what I view it as. Going your OWN specific way. He did that completely throughout his career. Mgtow has always been about going your specific route that you choose. There is no blueprint for your own road, create your own.

I always saw mgtow as going your own way. Whether that be monk mode, focusing on financial independence and so forth. It’s your own specific way and not the way society expects a “man” to act. For me personally I am all in on acquiring financial independence.

Think you aren’t 100% mgtow but you do live by the code somewhat. Happy that you found a good woman. Only time will tell if she stays good but I’m rooting for ya. As long as you aren’t chained to what you THINK you should be then it’s all good. My way of looking at mgtow is doing what I want to do and not doing something because “that’s what a man does”.

Mgtow focuses on living towards your own true self. Realizing that society has chained men into thinking they have to sacrifice all the time for women, children etc. it’s a mind shift to focusing on yourself and bettering yourself for you, not for other people. Well at least that’s my way of seeing it.

Great time to learn a trade, large supply of college degrees and not enough tradesmen right now. The skill is versatile and you can do side jobs besides working your regular job

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
