MGTOW is an avoidance of relationships with women, not necessarily women themselves. They can interact professionally with women, they just don't have interpersonal relationships with them or put themselves in vulnerable positions due to the societal imbalance in power between women and men (e.g. metoo false accusations).

I saw this a number of years ago at a local screening at it was good. There were a few grubby losers outside protesting but it was really nothing and the theater was full. At the end Cassie Jay talked to the audience over some remote connection. I hope she does some sort of followup doc.
