| 1 | Anybody find a good AI tool (more specialized than Chat) for intensive ex-wife management? (High conflict, parental alienation, etc…)I have to say, Claude Co-work is ridiculously good.I have been going through a divorce for almost 2 years with a woman who is willing to lie in multiple family court settings, to the police, to neighbors all the while, not working, claiming to be destitute, while staying in a $2.8mm home, and I'm struggling to pay rent while paying spousal and child support. She has hid community assets, is not working although she used to make 750k a year - she just stopped right as the divorce started - and I … | /r/Divorce_Men | 10/04/26 10:37 AM |
| 2 | 700 pleadings, 12 years, and i won full custody with 364 overnights per yearStill fighting brother. The judge threw up his hands at my video evidence and her sustained lies. It is incredibly frustrating when everyone can see it but the judge is scared to make a mistake. I unfortunately have to continue waiting for the evidentiary hearing. I wish I had better news to share. Maybe one day I'll share the complete story but the fight for my kids continues... Stay strong, I empathize with everyone in the struggle. | 3 | 700 pleadings, 12 years, and i won full custody with 364 overnights per yearI am in the middle of a motion to reconsider after a failed attempt to accuse me of felony DV. Thanks for sharing brother! 100% agreed on the points to never give up. Your post gives a lot of us hope. Edit: motion to reconsider denied... Devastated. Have to wait 3 weeks for the hearing and only get supervised visits 4hrs a week. I can't understand how a judge can't… | /r/Divorce_Men | 03/03/26 01:33 PM |
| 3 | Have any men here been screwed by their lawyer? This is the most coherent explanation I have heard... And I have friends that are attorneys. Thanks! | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/02/26 06:33 PM |
| 3 | Have any men here been screwed by their lawyer?I had a truly terrible lawyer. Nice guy, but feckless in court and I didn't realize how important it was to have good representation until I lost round 1 of a protracted, multiple long cause hearings that were continued for almost a year. Interviewed 5 attorneys with strong reviews, asked for them to lay out my go forward strategy given my circumstances, and narrowed it down to 2. One of them recommended the other (I needed someone very aggressive). It's 4 months later, I've gone from 20% to 50%… | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/02/26 06:03 AM |
