I’d tried dating sites but they seemed so forced and the guys too desperate. My husband sent me a friend request on facebook. We had a couple mutual friends and he lived in my hometown, I was living about an hour away in college. Nothing happened for a few weeks but then I liked one of his posts about his cat. After that he sent a PM to me saying more or less: “Hi there! I noticed you on my list of people I may know and I had to say hello! Random I know lol but I think you're very attractive and…

Two weeks ago a friend invited him to a hockey game and he asked if I’d be okay with him g…

We conceived our son early in our relationship, but because he was raised by a single mother, my husband immediately bought a ring and asked for my father’s blessing saying: …

I read the Female Brain by Louann Brinzedine and it explained the science behind the cycle/hormones/behaviors of women. Fantastic read! I can’t believe I’d forgotten about it. It’s fairly easy to understand even without a medical background as she breaks down everything into everyday terms.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
