Almost everyone who tries has good nights and bad nights. Always consider the glass half full. The good nights are not ‘lucky’. The good nights are proof that you can do this. Even fishermen come home empty handed sometimes.

The year listed addresses men at that age in that year. If you were 65 in 2000 your projection was to live until last year and die at 84, but if you were 85 in 2000, statistically you would live 7 more years, dying at 92. Likely pretty close to true today. The older you are the more the statistics lean toward you squeezing out a few more years than everyone your own age 20 years earlier.

If you exclude childhood deaths from the statistics , life expectancy is dramatically longer.

You are conflating ‘efficiency’ and natural. By that line of logic exercise isn’t natural.

Absolutely no definition of keto is 'not natural'. Vegan is an extraction of a bizarre idolatry of animals that is not natural.

The body needs LOW GLYCEMIC INDEX carbs. The body has NO USE for any grain, including wheat (flour, breading, pasta, etc.), no rice, no oats, no barley, no corn No Corn NO CORN!!! And ZERO 'vegetable oil, corn oil, canola oil. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE for your health. Use Avacado oil, Extra Virgin Olive oil, animal fats. ALL much better for your health. And, if you make your goal 80% raw organic vegetables, you'll get the benefit of the full spectrum of their nutrition, not merely the carbs.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
