1	This sub honestly doesn't even surprise me anymore. I'm honestly not sure what you're talking about and have performed at least 1,000 of these procedures. The length of the vas is irrelevant. We didn't cut more or less depending on if they weren't sure or not. If there was ANY doubt whatsoever, we didn't do the procedure because it is very difficult to reverse. Even if done perfectly, it may not grow back together. We never even made an attempt to reverse one. The literature I've seen has the success rate at less than 50% for reversal. Men generally have more narrow hips, and women have wider hips. This makes it so the person's legs come off their hips at different angles. For women, it is generally more comfortable to sit with their legs closer together. For men, the opposite is true.
