For much of human history, women were not a part of the work force, so it would have been impossible for them to "build everything you see" or whatever when men were actively keeping them out of work. This sign is like if I told you you weren't allowed to mop the floor, and then I mop the floor and pat myself on the back for it and shame you for not contributing. Y'all need help.
