Stick to lurking on this subreddit for a while and slowly start to implement things you learn on here into your everyday life. Trust me when I say that I used to be like you, although I'm 21, but you can always change. It's all just in your head. 3	Keep. Moving. Forward. When I am dissatisfied with myself, I remind myself the progress I've made over the days, weeks, months, and years. I remind myself how much I've learned about humanity and the world through my first dates. What would you do once she has noticed you aren't checking her out and then she tries to get your attention?
