3 Early thirties, LTR, no kids. Start of the week: 82kg, approximately 21% body fat. End of the week: 80.9kg, approximately 20.9% body fat. Height: 185cm. Lifting: Made all sessions, big focus on technique and full range of motion without cheating, failing at 15 reps. As part of the 60DOD I am adding 3 direct core exercises.
