| 34 | PrivilegeI don't think the anger is at these women. The anger is at the stance society takes on homelessness based on gender. When you see a homeless man the knee jerk is usually something close to, "get a job!" or "if I give him money he'll probably just buy drugs or booze" but when you see a woman struggling sympathy is much easier. Also there seems to be a lot more women's shelters than men's shelters.
