Yeah, and what I'm saying is that it's better to pick the man. The reason why numbers for bears are lower is because it's a lot more unlikely to have a close encounter with a bear. Once you do a bear is way more deadly than a man.

Look I rewatched the video and all he did was a simple proportion, he divided the man population for the bear population the multiplied for the number of deadly bear attacks, never in the video he took in account my point. If he adjusted it for proximity and I missed it just tell me where he did.

Again, man and women live close to each other so it's more likely for a man to kill a woman than for a bear that lives in the woods, that doesn't mean that men are more dangerous than bears. I think you're confusing me with someone else, I never said anything about race. It doesn't matter that he made adjustment for the population size, that's not the point. The point is that encounters between a bear and a woman are extremely rare as opposed to encounters between a woman and a man.
