Being muscular is icing on the game cake. Without the cake it's just icing, and who wants to eat just icing.... I need to rethink this metaphor.

That's not how it works. She will start questioning her own attractiveness (whether physical or otherwise) and attempt to qualify herself to you if you're paying more attention to another girl. Remember, she is used to getting more attention than her friend. This is how it should go if she is at all attracted to you. Otherwise there isn't any reason to continue trying with this particular girl.

To clarify a little, my response rate was maybe 20% that I messaged would message back. Using this that number is closer to 80% with 20% of those becoming phone numbers. Continuing texting game gets boring fast for me, so I jump on it as early as possible. If anything it would be worth trying. Nothing much to lose from delivering a poor opening message on Tinder.

Now, you'll never, ever get good at Game if you don't approach girls and ask them out Being happy with yourself is all well and good, but you can't let yourself let growing "inner game" take away from actually making attempts with attractive girls. It can become an excuse to not try. At least for me I know there is no peace, no end to the hunger to be better with girls until I've been with a hundred of them, until I can go out on almost any given night, start conversations out of thin air, and l…

The old drink holding tax. When asked to take a purse I take it and the second she turns away I put it down and walk away from it. That's the first and last time she'll ask me to hold a bag.

Meetup is how I started my own social life after my divorce (25 y/o). There was a group dedicated to that post-college crowd. I joined up and talked to a few of the people there. After several meetups I got to know the people who frequented the events. Turns out they all hang out regularly outside the meetup. Now I have invites to so many things through FB events that I have to turn down half of them. I've even gotten into hosting parties and game nights and such. I'm almost never home alone exc…

This happened to me last weekend. Out of town with friends leaving the club at 2am. I said I was hungry. One of the girls grabbed my hand and walked with me to a nearby hot dog cart. We went back to the hotel and had sex that morning.

This reminds me of my favorite line to the sexuality question: "I'm totally gay... I'm a lesbian trapped in a man's body."

Here's what you need to take away from this: It's not uncommon for a girl to message you, act like she is going to meet you and then flake without warning. Give them 15 minutes max and if they don't show up leave. Short of a horrible accident if she hasn't shown up or messaged you by then accept it as a rejection and move on. Dinner dates are boring and screw up your evening if she doesn't show. Do something you would have fun doing on your own and invite her to join you. Personally I like rock …

Not a bad idea, but remember that tension is a good thing. I like to wait until near the end of the date for a kiss, maybe even make out a little. Then go to another public place, maintain strong physical contact with her and wait until the end of the date (back at her place or yours) to kiss her again. It keeps her wondering and builds excitement all the way until the end. That's how I F-close my dates.

Don't say anything. Wait for conversation to die for a second, put your hand under her chin and guide her lips toward yours (if she won't shut up look intently at her eyes until she does). She will either push you away or kiss you. Either way it's better than nothing. For extra credit you may also use your free hand to pull her body into yours.

I don't really care. I like hikes. If she isn't into it or is scared then she doesn't have to come. My dates are planned around things I would do anyways, but would be fun to have someone join me.

Pulling girls is a three piece pie. looks status game The most important of which is game. If you are attractive and have high status and aren't pulling girls then your game sucks. Arrogance isn't necessarily a bad thing, so long as you temper it with genuine interest in others. Irrational confidence can make you seem larger than life.

Keep in mind that this guy was also really good looking. If you're overweight, greasy, badly groomed, poor style, etc. then you won't get away with saying whatever is on your mind. You also won't get away with as much with physical escalation. After fixing my outward appearance (losing weight, putting on muscle, wearing clothes that fit and matched, etc.) my personal success rose significantly after adopting the phrase, "I am often wrong, but I am never uncertain." That kind of unabashed confide…

Confidence is way more important than knowlege Reminds me of my favorite phrase: "I am often wrong, but I am never uncertain." Whenever you need a favor, open with “I need your help” Especially at work whenever I need something that's what I open with. That way there is a clear line between talking to talk and asking for help. None of this, "How's it going, by the way I need you to do this for me." Repeat their name People LOVE to hear their name. It invokes an emotional response unlike most any…

Very nice. The difference between guys who succeed and guys who fail is the guys who succeed have the mental, emotional, and/or physical fortitude to fail a shit ton of times and learn from their failures until they succeed. I'll emphasize the doing what makes you uncomfortable bit. It took me months to get this down, but now my knee jerk reaction in social situations is to do the thing I'm not comfortable with, to ask the awkward questions, to say the things everyone is thinking but are too afr…

Send Jokes at HER expense. Make some tension. Tease her. Keep it exciting. She got bored and left because it was all too mundane. Also, send fewer messages before getting a number or setting up a place/time to meet. They know almost immediately whether they want to see you in person or not. Messaging back and forth a lot isn't usually going to help the situation.

Take her to do something you like to do. It will keep you loose and if you're enjoying yourself chances are she will too. If you have no idea what to do take some time to figure it out on your own. And dear god stop asking girls out for coffee or a drink unless that's something you like doing on your own time already to the point that the bartender/barista knows you by name. It's boring and you'll be bored and she'll be bored and it's just going to suck for the both of you. Go rock climbing or t…

Even if they say they're taken I always assume it's a test and brush it off like it was nothing. The first time I talked to a girl after coming out of a long relationship she said she had a boyfriend and I FROZE. A lot of girls use this as a defense mechanism or a test to see how you'll take it. Pay it no mind and watch her body language to determine how to proceed.

It was weird and I was a little wary about it at first. Turns out she got my name from my credit card (her best friend is a waitress there who served me several times). From there she just looked me up.

Outliers will always exist. I've gotten into powerlifting recently so now it is about a lot more than what girls like. It's a shotgun strategy. I could have an attractive figure to most women or I could hope I hit it off with someone who doesn't like muscles.

Is a skill, like any other. Some people have a knack for it, some don't. I'm not going to sugar coat anything, even at the risk of sounding like a jerk. It wasn't easy for me to get started. It was awkward and I felt stupid and it was horrible. The first time I talked to a girl she mentioned a boyfriend, I froze. I stood there for what seemed like forever, said nothing, and walked away. It took a lot of doing things I was not comfortable with to get to where I am now. If you want to tell yoursel…

Game should be developed so that it is natural, like breathing. You don't think about it. It's just who you are. That's why everyone's version of game will be different. That's why I didn't share specifics about what I said or when, because coming from someone else it won't be the same. Being charming, being outgoing, being a little overconfident, never uncertain (but often wrong), slightly narcissistic, etc. is just part of who I am. Kill your expectation. You're expecting it to go horribly wrong or horribly right. Either way you care way too much. Talk for the sake of talking. If something good happens great! Otherwise it's no big deal. We live in an age where everyone is used to being isolated by media that simply talking has become an act akin to harassment, but most of us are figuratively dying inside for someone to connect with. There are far more people who would enjoy talking to a real human being than those who would…

Not sure about the article as a whole. I've actually been able to lift more weight in the gym after release. But the benefit to my game is certainly tangible. Similar reply: "Ok. I'm down with the Netflix and Chill thing, but if you just want to hang out that's fine." Then, and this is the important part, go right back to watching Netflix. Act like nothing is amiss. If she doesn't make a move in the next few minutes go back to your previously interrupted escalation cycle. It is usually easier the second time because she has made it clear that she isn't that kind of girl, so in her mind (strangely enough) she isn't a slut for sleeping with you after ma…

This is really important. After finding and reading about TRP I was tempted to do a complete 180 with my wife, who was planning to divorce me at the time. I wanted to change and make her regret her decision. But it was really, REALLY important not to. Instead of going all fake alpha RP on her I kept to the same person I had been with her over the last decade and made a different life with new people in my spare time. In the long run it didn't matter what she thought of me. All that mattered is t…

When comparing yourself to someone else you're subconsciously putting all of your faults up against their "highlight reel". It is very possible in this situation that the other guy is looking at you the same way.
/r/seduction08/04/16 01:22 PM

You would still have to understand that the possibility of it failing, whether by her fault or yours exists. If you want that kind of relationship then go for it. Just know that it may very well be temporary as well.

There is ALWAYS the possibility of her choosing someone else, becoming disinterested, even cheating. If you're going to date, casual or otherwise you have to accept this and move past it. Otherwise you'll drive yourself crazy. If it doesn't work out go get someone else. She likes you for now. She's with you for now. She loves you for now. It can change seemingly overnight. Don't try to hold on to something that isn't meant to last. Appreciate and enjoy it for what it is and let it go when it's t…

That's a pretty good way to get past the last minute resistance. There is a difference between a girl full out not wanting to have sex and wanting to preserve your perception of her. Another good way to deal with this is to let her know you're fine with having sex, but if she doesn't want to you can just keep hanging out. Then continue with making out and escalate a bit. The clothes will almost always eventually come off. If she says something about not having sex earlier in the date, say, when …

The longer you are with someone the more difficult this is to internalize, especially coming to the realization after the fact. The anger and bitterness over it is also much greater in the absence of understanding that she was never a permanent installment, that she was never yours. That lack of understanding leads to the belief that she now belongs to someone else. He somehow stole her away and is to blame for her infidelity. I must ask myself, "Would I not act in the same way if presented with…

I know my pic aren’t that great I won't dwell on this since Tinder is really just a backup plan, but sub par pics will get you no/few matches every time. You're competing with men who have six packs, climb mountains, play sports, look fantastic in a suit, and have pictures with other hot girls. It's all about the pictures. Next I'll congratulate you on actually talking to a girl at a bar. That alone puts you ahead of a lot of people. You chickened out on escalation, but that's something you can …

They either like you or they don't. Don't try to make other people like you. You'll end up being bland and boring because you don't want to offend anyone. That's the basics of being polorizing. You act in accordance with who you are and the things you want. Some people will like you, and some will not. It's the easiest way to find out what kind of people complement your life.

Yes you do. You know how to approach girls. You're just too afraid of failure, of the crushing weight of rejection. The only way to get better is to face that fear and do it anyways. You will never not face that possibility no matter how good you get. No one wins 100% of the time, not even Charlie Sheen. Rejection will help you more than success. Keep a journal of interactions with people. Figure out where it went wrong and why, and how you'll approach that issue next time. If you're truly stuck…

Basically, have a life outside of your game. Find fulfillment in other aspects of your life. On any given day I have my time filled with work, friends, my daughter, the gym, climbing, guitar, camping, etc. that it's difficult to fit in anything else. That way I'm never counting the days until I see that girl again. Having multiple interests from other women also helps immensely, but I understand if that's not for everyone.

The biggest difference between the two is the goal. The goal of PUA is to fuck girls. The goal of TRP is to become a better man. It's true both can get you laid, and on the surface the technique is largely the same. But TRP requires a real ground-up rebuild for most guys while PUA is only concerned with the outcome of your interactions with girls. In my opinion it is better to build your own social confidence and create a self-tailored pickup through trial and error than to follow the teachings …

Similar to Mercedes when they launched their vehicles in the US for the second time. The first time they priced their cars comparative to Ford and no one wanted them. The second time Mercedes marked up their prices which instilled a sense of luxury to their cars. Simply pricing their vehicles so that not everyone could afford them made them into a status symbol.

Ever watch Californication with David Duchovny? I saw a lot of myself in that character, minus the overwhelming longing for a past partner and self loathing tendencies. I do come across as an asshole a lot of the time, but a laid back one. If I think something is bullshit I'll say so without becoming angry about it. Don't chase anything. Practice being content and happy with what you have and where you are. This should not be confused with growing complacent. Always have goals and plans to reach a little higher, but do not become so attached that you can't be happy without it. be alpha I wanted to touch on this. Is being alpha attractive? Yes. Should you do it? Yes, but it is only when you aren't trying that it will happen. Trying to act alpha usually ends up being a disaster. It's like finding Narnia. It happens when you least expect it. Doesn't matter much what you say. If she likes you she'll respond. Heck, if she liked you she wouldn't have told you she just got out of a relationship. Girls have a pretty quick turnaround for relationships if they see enough value in another guy. Bringing it up means she didn't like you as much as she did in your Tinder profile. Maybe she was expecting you to escalate to sex and you didn't. Maybe your texting game is stronger than you are in person. Of course, I don't know the details, but 99%…

It's harder to go from friends to relationship than to go from acquaintances. Once a girl sees you as a friend you first have to break that perception before you can have anything more than that. Girls can move on almost immediately. Faster if they were the ones to end the relationship. Not starting something too soon is completely relative to the perceived value of the guys interested in them.

If a girl tells you no because she has plans or is generally noncomittal just move on. It's usually because she isn't interested. No reason to keep putting effort into someone who can't even counter with another time to meet.

Very true, BUT looks still matter. Game Assets Looks In that order. You can make up for much more with game than you can with looks, but you can go really far with both. When you look good you look confident, and women naturally expect that of you. Then all you need to do is display a semblance of that confidence to them. This as opposed to working from the bottom up if you aren't good looking. It can be done, but just not as easily.

You still did it. My first time in a decade approaching a girl I was at a college graduation. I asked her who she was there for. She said, "Boyfriend." I fucking froze. Couldn't think of another thing to say. My heart was racing and I was freaking out on the inside, so I just walked away. Easily one of the most awkward moments of my life. A few months later I had been with two girls and had little problem approaching people. Keep at that shit. You'll get it.

What's more is that women don't care. They don't care why you're approaching them. All they care about is how you are making them feel, and coming at them like a timid little rabbit isn't going to make them feel good.

I've been a part of this and other subs concerned with bettering yourself as a man and improving socially for about 6 months. I recently realized that the only way to really make a lasting improvement is to get off the subs and implement what I'd learned. Nothing but my mindset had changed through reading. I have always said that looks matter much more than women will tell you. This, because they don't want to seem shallow. You can change certain things about the way you dress, how fit you are, hygine, and your hairstyle. These are things to focus on as far as looks. Things like facial structure, height, and penis size can't be changed (without surgery) and you should work with what you have. You can only do so much looks wise, and I would argue all day that game is still the most important thing.…

This is a good article from the perspective that most people will take on relationships. I like that it drives away from the typical "fuck more bitches" message you'll get from seduction sites. However, most guys here are not in a place where getting girls is easy, or even feasible. They are awkward, scared, and shy around girls and need to get their game down before thinking about anything long term. Here's how sexual strategy works: Experimentation - do something you haven't done before. Analysis - what were the results? Conclusion - it either worked, didn't work, or needs work. Once you come to a conclusion you can adapt your strategy accordingly. I would say that for a dance club atmosphere this is fine. Most girls in that situation are looking for a guy to be assertive. However, just grabbing someone in the supermarket may not work so well. By the way as far as mindsets go, this one work…

Your buddies are percieved as high value by the girls they are with. In fact, for women, that proof that other women desire you only makes you more attractive. Right now I have two girls I am seeing. At the moment I only have open relationships. The second girl knew about the first when we started seeing each other. At first she said that she didn't share. I told her she did and just didn't know it yet. A couple hours later she decided I was right.

This is good. You're trying, failing, and learning. You did well in the beginning, but like a lot of PU guys kind of screwed up after the initial few dates. A couple of touchpoints: My favorite thought is that if I don't open to an attractive girl then I am just being a selfish asshole who wants to keep all the awesomeness in my life to myself. I open to everyone now. Don't date people you work with unless you want to leave your job anyways. It won't end badly 100% of the time, but the risk like…

It can be effective, but is completely unnecessary. My integrity is worth more than a lay. I just started seeing a second girl. She knows about the first one and said she doesn't share. I told her she doesn't have to, but it means she can't have me. She changed her mind later that night. When you have inner game, which to me is the only kind that matters, you don't have to lie.

Once I learned how to better interact with people, have conversations, etc. Once it became natural I became much more extroverted in my behavior. Confidence is saying/doing what you want and not caring what other people think of it. Do you like your coffee with 10 creamers and 5 packs of sugar? Drink it. Who cares about people who say "real men drink it black." That girl thinks you're wierd for talking to her. You're not going to say the right thing and she won't like you. Who cares? Talk to her anyway. Say what you want to say, not what she wants to hear. Real men do what they want.

Height matters. Dick size matters. Facial features, skin color/tone, ethnicity all matter. But you can't change any of those things so quit worrying about it and be confident with what you have. Own it. Make it apparent that you aren't shaken because she is taller than you. Confidence can "make up" for being short.

It's super simple. Walk up to them, say, "Hi I'm Steve." She says, "Hi Steve I'm Natalie." Then just ask her what brings her there. I usually have 2-3 questions at the ready and ask them if the conversation dies. They are very simple like "where are you from/how was it growing up there?", "What do you like to do for fun?" "What brought you to this town/what do you like about it here?" etc. When they answer, and this is critical, DON'T THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU'RE GOING TO SAY NEXT. Just be reactive, …

I like the term game because games are meant to be fun. The interactions you have with women should be fun. If you aren't having fun you're doing it wrong. Having fun means you are going to be natural, and girls are going to react to that much better than a faked confidence and speed seduction plays. Also, if you're going to quote Greek philosophers then you should get to the gym. Socrates said, "It's a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the strength and beauty of which his body is capab…

Good on you for trying. It's important to see rejection as better than a missed opportunity. My advice: Next time, instead of tucking your tail, smile, tell them it was nice meeting them and walk away like you don't give a fuck. The less it seems like you care about what they think the more likely you are to get a positive reaction. Personally I have steered away from telling a girl I think she is attractive. Instead I kino a bit. Her reaction tells me everything I need to know about whether or …

I am more seriously considering this every day. I already have a daughter (divorced). She is awesome and I love her more than any person in the world, but don't have any interest in another kid or another wife.

Go to her place/get a good hotel. Other than that get your own place. Not having somewhere to take a girl effects your game more than you may realize.

Be irrationally confident: "I hope you know how to treat a choking victim." Edit: I would also like to add that the girl who said this to you is likely the one who was interested. She just used an anti-slut defence(ASD) by saying it was her friend who wanted to. She was probably testing to see how confident you were and sadly, you failed.

Yeah, I hate to break it to you but she isn't interested in you. I think what she is looking for is someone to give her attention without the need to reciprocate with anything physical. Don't be that guy. Stop texting her, stop looking at her stuff online, force yourself to act like she doesn't exist. Eventually she won't matter to you anymore. I had a 10 year long oneitis and go over it in a matter of weeks this way. Also try to talk to girls in real life. It helps tremendously. You will start …

Or you could waste your time orbiting a girl who was never really interested in anything but attention in the first place. The choice is yours.

It doesn't mean nothing. Muscles are something you can grow. That's something you can change. If you were short that is not something you could change. You will maximize your potential physically by lifting weights.

I'd skip it. Here's why. She used you as an emotional tampon. That, to me, is disrespectful. I would have left as soon as it started. Also, showing her that you don't care is going to make her more attracted to you. The more you supplicate her the worse off you will be. You'll end up wasting your time. If you do see her again much later make a concerted effort to close. Make your intentions known. If she is not interested then you need to pass and move on to another girl. There are a lot of girl…

I preach this to everyone. It's called outcome independence(OI) and it's amazing. The less you care the more attractive women will find you. It is only a part of the transformation I have been making over the past few months. It's amazing how much my confidence has been boosted and how much better I am with women and people in general.

Tall, You are one lucky SOB. Women love tall muscular guys. Lanky, get to the gym TODAY. No excuses. Do 5x5 routine to build muscle. Girls really like muscles. I didn't realize how much this was true until I had them. Racial thing, maybe. You can't change it so stop making it a weakness, make it into a strength. Be proud of it, make jokes about it, whatever you need to do, but above all be confident about it. It's all about the attitude. Receding hairline, shave your head. Balding is a condition…

Have an upvote. This is the first book every man should read regarding women and relationships. If you have ever read The Game you know what happens to the character Mystery when he loses his dream girl. Don't let that be you. Read The Rational Male.

Listen very carefully. Do Nothing. Absolutely nothing. You are busy and have important things to do. The more you try the less interested she will be. Make her wait. Text her a week or so later with a time and a place. Do not ask her to meet you, tell her to meet you. If she doesn't respond with a "yes" or a counter offer she isn't interested. Never contact her again and go on to the next girl.

I freaking love talking to people. I didn't used to. I always thought of myself as an introvert. Now I make conversations with nearly everyone I see. Just let out your inner monologue. If you like a shirt someone is wearing say so. If you see something interesting tell someone about it. This will make talking to women easy.

Go for it when you want to. If she pulls away I ignore her afterwards (cat string theory). If she comes back I can try again later. If not no sweat. Have an attitude of abundance. There are lots of women out there, and no one is going to be better than the next. At least going for it early on lets you know if she is interested and whether or not you are wasting your time.

Look into the 5x5 workout if you are looking for great gains. Focus on form and the increase the weight incrementally. This is the best way to start out building muscle. As far as gym game goes the girl has to be very hot to gain my attention. HB8 minimum, petite, athletic. And she has to show some major interest. Eye contact, playing with hair, etc. I see the gym as my time. My time is valuable and I will not waste it on anything less. It's also a safe place for people to improve themselves wit…

I am always a playful ass. Even when a girl calls me an asshole I just agree and say,"I am the biggest asshole." The key is confidence. They absolutely love it.

What worked for me was depriving myself of pleasures, whether they be junk food, tv, video games, pornography etc. After a while I realized that I didn't need those things at all. The same goes for women. I found that the discipline of depriving myself extended to them as well. I have no need to look at them sexually until they are in bed with me. Another HUGE thing is that the better looking you are (Read: the more muscular you are) the more you can get away with without seeming "creepy". I hav…

You need two things to attract a woman: Confidence and outcome independence. Confidence is not something I should have to explain. Outcome independence is not caring what this girl thinks of you, what she thinks of your approach, etc. If she senses that you genuinely don't care it will make her all the more attracted to you. At that point it won't even matter what you have to say.

Agreeing every now and again is fine, but play fighting is fun. Girls love fun. They eat it up. I have heard from others who have done nothing but diss a girl the entire night and end up in bed with her. You are showing a certain social strength when you are able to do this playfully without being insulting. Women love that. Edit: I did this last week at a volleyball game which is why I made this post (she was a HB8 easy). I got LOADS of IOIs that night at dinner. Lots of kino (from her) eye con…

"I'm an alien whose pants are set to explode if I don't get laid in the next 3 hours!" Seriously though man. Say anything. Rejection is way better than a missed opportunity. You will never learn from your mistakes if you don't make any.

I'm not just going to parrot the don't shit where you eat thing. It's true, but besides that she likes the attention you give her. It's likely that she knows how much you are attracted to her and she is using that to get a rise (literally) out of you. However she probably won't want to take it any farther than that. If you try anything not only are you made out to be the chump, but you risk some sort of sexual harassment charge.

Way to niceguyish for me. Here's my play: Whenever I initiate kino I don't say anything to announce it. In your example of crossing a street I will either take her hand or place mine on the small of her back and lead her across.

I usually suggest to meet somewhere for a drink or coffee. It's very casual and she knows she can bolt quickly if necessary, not that she is going to want to after spending a few minutes with me.

If you're looking for hookup-only put it in your description. As an opener use something like,"Why haven't we had sex yet?" It's wierd I know, but you would be surprised how well it works. That way you don't waste time with girls who will not want what you want. For me Tinder is always a plan B. If I get a bite, great. If not it makes no difference. Real life approach is usually worth the extra time to get to the close. You can get much better looking women much easier in real life because they …

I still saw her, but never in an intimate setting. When we still lived together one of us would always be out of the house. I am not as close to her as I was before. Being too close could mean jealosy for the people she dates. Usually when we see each other it is in some kind of group setting with other friends.

I know exactly how you feel. The girl I was referring to would wear a tight fitting tshirt with no bra as pajamas. We were living together at the time. I felt like I was being teased. When I moved out things got better. It was like I was able to think clearly again. I can't say I'm not attracted to her. She is very good looking, but I just don't see her as more than a friend anymore.

Use emoticons/emojis (but not in every message). Those little things go a long way in conveying tone through text. Just keep changing up your texting game. If something doesn't work, try something else. Eventually you'll find a way to text that sticks. Try to get more face time as well. If a girl gets to know you well enough she will start to 'hear' the sarcasm in your texts instead of taking it literally.

It depends. I had a similar situation with a girl. It sucked and it took me longer than it should have to get to the point where I wasn't desperately trying to cling to something that obviously wasn't going to happen. I went out with friends, talked and flirted with other women (nothing too serious) and eventually I got to the point that I viewed her as a friend as well. It all depends on where you are. Are you able to see her as nothing more than a friend? Because it seems that that is how she …

Foreplay is SUPER important to great sex. There can't be enough said about it. The times when my SO has enjoyed sex the most (and me too) are when I have been on point, not just during sex, but the whole day through listening, complementing, empathizing, etc. That's when she feels completely safe, sexy, and loved. From my experience that is the main ingredient in giving a woman a complete orgasm. And that makes me feel pretty amazing too.

This was a really good read. Women need to communicate during sex even if it's to say that something doesn't feel good. I know it's not personal, and sex will be much more enjoyable for both parties. If a woman doesn't know what feels good or why then she should spend some time figuring that out. It's different for everybody and knowing what you enjoy is going to help your partner make sex better.
