As others have said, get a lawyer and talk to nobody, especially the police. I support human rights, regardless of gender, and I find the modern feminist movement to be disturbing, if not downright insulting, not just toward men, but also toward women. My biggest peeve is the so called "family" court and criminal injustice system. I've watched male friends get screwed over by these institutions, and it's maddening.
